For your convenience, Divine Child High School offers onsite physicals during the summer - stay tuned for this year's date!

For the 2023-2024 school year, an MHSAA pre-participation sports physical is required for all students who participate in sports. A physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2023, to be considered a valid physical for 2023-2024. The Physical must be completed, signed and dated by a medical professional. Once completed, the signed Physical form should be uploaded to the athlete's PlanetHS profile.

All DCHS athletes are required to have an approved PlanetHS student profile prior to participating in any tryouts or practices (beginning August 7, 2023).

Incoming freshmen and any new athlete will need to create a profile. Create a student account and a parent account and then link the two accounts and complete all necessary forms included on the website.
