Honors & Advanced Placement
Honors Courses
As a college preparatory school, our rigorous curriculum includes 19 Honors courses available to qualified students beginning their freshmen year. These courses are taught at a faster pace than our typical courses allowing for more material to be covered and at a deeper level. Freshmen are placed into Honors classes based on middle school grades and High School Placement Test scores as well as math and English placement exams administered by Divine Child's subject area departments. Students continue on the Honors track their sophomore, junior and senior year based on grades and teacher/department recommendations.
